Duties:

• Planning, prioritizing, scheduling, improving, and controlling activities required to meet the sales and operation plan (SOP)
• Developing, monitoring, and communicating schedules for production departments
• Creating, supporting, and planning production work orders to support sales
• Contributing to the SOP and attending meetings
• Acting as the data steward for planning and scheduling related ERP parameters
• Responding to customer orders and changes and communicating to the appropriate channels
• Investigating work order variances and developing corrective actions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration
• 3-5 years’ experience working with MRP/ERP systems in a manufacturing environment
• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Experience with multi-level bills of material and associated routing
• 2+ years of scheduling in Epicor preferred
