
Jennifer Ogden, MHR/LR, SPHR, serves as Co-Chair of the Diversity Hiring Coalition of Maine, where she helps lead statewide efforts to advance inclusive workforce practices and strengthen equitable access to employment opportunities. Through collaboration with employers, policymakers, educators, and community organizations, she works to build more inclusive workplaces and support sustainable talent strategies across Maine.
Jennifer is also the Vice President of Human Resources and Organizational Development at Evernorth, a regional nonprofit serving Maine, New Hampshire, and Vermont. As a member of the senior leadership team, she leads the organization’s human resources strategy, talent development initiatives, organizational effectiveness efforts, and compliance functions. She partners closely with senior leadership and the Board of Directors to align people strategies with organizational priorities, foster a high-performing culture, and support Evernorth’s mission-driven growth.
With more than two decades of human resources and executive leadership experience spanning both public and private sectors, Jennifer has guided workforce strategies across diverse industries including affordable housing, manufacturing, transportation, government, and education. Her expertise includes organizational development, employee relations, talent management, leadership coaching, workforce planning, and culture transformation.
Jennifer holds a Master of Human Resources Management and Labor Relations degree and a Bachelor's in Professional & Technical Writing. She is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), serves on multiple nonprofit and professional boards, and is a recognized advocate for inclusive leadership and workplace excellence. She has been named one of Maine’s Top 50 Women Leaders in both 2024 and 2025.
Outside of her professional and community leadership roles, Jennifer is a proud mother of three and an avid outdoor enthusiast. She enjoys coaching youth sports, running, snowboarding, and seeking out new challenges and adventures with her family.
