
Jordene Trueh is the Co-Chair of the Diversity Hiring Coalition of Maine, where she advocates for inclusive hiring practices and equitable access to employment. She brings more than two decades of experience in both nonprofit and corporate sectors, and currently works as an Analyst at IDEXX Laboratories, where she also supports DEIB initiatives through Shades of IDEXX.
Jordene serves on the boards of The Telling Room and the Cumberland County Food Security Council, and is the founder of Backriver Blends, an allergy-friendly Jamaican specialty foods company. She lives in Topsham with her husband and two children.
