Kate Bellmore, SHRM-SCP and PHR, is the Senior Vice President Talent Acquisition & Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Officer with Camden National Bank.  She has nearly 20 years of experience working in Human Resources in staffing, the IT industry, and financial services, focusing on Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Employer Branding, Employee Relations, Engagement and DEI.  She has served on the Board of the MidCoast Human Resources Association and currently sits on the Coastal Counties Workforce Board supporting Maine’s six coastal counties.  Kate earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Maine, her MBA in Human Resource Management from Thomas College, and a Certificate from Cornell University in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion for Human Resources.
